All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders, once confirmed and handed over to the shipping company, should take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 21+ business days.
During high season and special sale events, delivery might take a little longer than usual.
Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks, rural zip codes and stock availability.
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package because we find it more efficient to dispatch items in this way. As we receive items from a number of different suppliers, who will invariably deliver items at different times of the day, and sometime, on different days entirely, we dispatch items as soon as they arrive, as opposed to delaying an order whilst we wait for an order to arrive in it's entirety.
Below is a list of reasons for why items may ship separately:
Order contains a large amount of items that must be shipped in more than one package.
Order contains a special event item that has a unique shipping date and will be shipped when it becomes available.
Order contains a manufacturer direct item that ships from the designated manufacturer.
Items in order are shipping from more than one shipping facility.
Gonunu shipping rates DO NOT include customs fees, duties and taxes.
Duties and taxes are collected by the carrier that delivers your shipment. In some cases, couriers may also charge a brokerage fee to clear your package through local customs. These fees vary, and are not paid by Gonunu.
Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.
Occasionally packages are returned to Gonunu as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.
You will however be responsible to pay for the shipping charges for attempted delivery and the returned shipping charges if the address provided is incorrect or outdated. We will still issue a full refund equal to the original purchase price of the item(s) returned.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service department.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to Gonunu by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Illegible Shipping Label. In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Gonunu.
Refused by Recipient. If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Gonunu and determined undeliverable.
If the address provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order. Please also take note of the country in the provided shipping address field.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange redelivery of the products. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping charges for attempted delivery and the returned shipping charges if the address provided is incorrect or outdated.
Most of our delivery agents make two or three attempts to deliver a parcel and they may require a signature upon delivery of parcel. It is generally up to the delivery agent’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. The delivery agents will attempt to contact the recipient at the given contact number to rearrange a delivery. If the recipient failed to receive the package after the delivery agent’s delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
We have taken all possible steps to secure your credit card details by using high grade Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all transactions involving information passed between your computer and our server. SSL encrypts the data so that no-one will be able to access the data in its original format.
Please note that in the event of unauthorised use of your card you should notify your card provider in accordance with their own procedures.

We ship directly from the source. This saves on cost, and those savings we can pass on directly to the customer. The trade-off is shipping time, which normally takes 7 to 21 Business Days from the time the package is shipped. While the shipping time is much longer than standard U.S. or Major country shipping, we feel that the trade-off has value for individuals looking for a fresh fit with brand name like quality, at a reduced price. Besides, two or three weeks is worth the wait!
We attempt to source only the highest quality products for the best value but our international partners may not always be accustomed to U.S. customer "shipping" standards. Keep in mind the quality of the product you are receiving was hand selected to meet our internal quality standards. As the old English idiom goes, "Don't judge a book by it's cover !".
